To the staff, which most of them I call friends, I've got an idea on the shower complaints. Put bigger mirrors in the shower houses. Most of these people doing the complaining are probably most concerned with the way they look than anything else.
Very few remember how things were 20 years ago. If they even had the balls to come to sturgis.
