I reserved an RV spot but didn't pay for the gate pass. I notice the gate pass before the 4th is 15 dollars per day. Does this apply if I arrive before the 4th and have a reserved RV spot? Can I pay the $100 at the gate on arrival and avoid the $15 daily rate?
